The doughs you will find at Capuano’s Pizzeria 7.0 are doughs of the master Luigi Capuano, who has cultivated his passion for pizza since childhood, first in Naples, his hometown, and afterwards throughout Italy.

Right in the heart of Brera, when the Neapolitan pizza was still unknown in Milan, he opened one of the first authentic Neapolitan pizzerias, reaching an unexpected success in a short time. Later he moved to via Orseolo, right where you now can find the second restaurant of Capuano’s and, starting from 2017, he is involved in the new adventure of Capuano’s pizzeria 7.0.
